Replacing the springs with ones that have another leaf isn't going to raise the trailer. Since the springs flex they'll just flex more or cause the ride to be stiff and therefore wear the suspension system out sooner.

Before removing and potentially replacing the leaf springs, trailers sometimes lean to one side because of the way it's loaded. This uneven loading can cause the leaf spring to wear down quicker over time but could maybe be corrected by reorganizing the weight in your camper.
